Islamabad (Pak PRwire): A delegation of Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists headed by President PFUJ Mr. Pervaiz Shaukat called on President Asif Ali Zardari in the Presidency on Friday.

The delegation included Mr. Shamsul Islam, Mr. Sheyaryar Khan, Mr. Bilal Thaim, Mr. Waqar Satti, Mr. Malik Maqbool Illahi, Mr. Najmus Saqib and Mr. Mushtaq Minhas.

Federal Minister for Information & Broadcasting Mr. Qamar Zaman Kaira, Federal Minister for Labour & Manpower Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah, Ms. Fouzia Wahab, Ms. Farahnaz Ispahani, Secretary Information Mr. Mansoor Suhail and Spokesperson to the President former Senator Farhat Ullah Babar also attended the meeting.

PFUJ raised the issue of implementation of Wage Board Award and other problems relating to day to day functions of the Federation. The President asked the Information Minister to look into the issues raised by the delegation and redress their problems.
