Islamabad: Ministry of Labour and Manpower has established a Complaint Cell in the Ministry on the directives of Federal Minister for Labour and Manpower, Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah.
The Cell will receive the complaints of workers for non-registration of workers and non-payment of minimum wages by employers, Old-age Pension, Old – age Grant, Survivor’s Pension, and Invalidity Pension by Employees’ Old Age Benefits Institution, grant of Scholarship to workers’ children, Death Grant, Marriage Grant etc by workers Welfare Fund, and other benefits extended by Provincial Social Security Institution, to the industrial/ commercial establishments employing five or more workers.
The complaints on the above issues can be sent to Shahzado Langah, Deputy Social Security Adviser, Ministry of Labour and Manpower in writing, along with documentary proof and copy of computerized National Identity Card on the following address and Telephone Numbers, Room No. 605 ‘B’ Block, Pak.
